The summer 2021 harvest was a good one...the wheat is high quality with a falling number over 400.  We've been baking with it for a while now and the flavors are rich and earthy.  We have a limited inventory left and a few months to go before the summer 2022 crop is harvested, cleaned, tested and bagged so get your orders in early!!
